This may be better suited for secondary curriculum that starts in seventh grade with newfangled concepts like pre-algebra and algebra, but as with everything else on this channel, the parent knows what's best for the kiddo. Some learn quicker than others and others need high reps. Six years old and subtracting three digit numbers? Awesome. About to graduate high school and still don't understand the slope? That's OK, we will build out curriculum that any math student can use. All students are fearfully and wonderfully made, and with video, one can pause, rewind, and fast forward as needed. The good news is, simplifying expressions will implicitly help with sorting, a lifelong skill for all of us. But rote algebraic expressions in need of simplifying? Few will do it on a daily basis. Nonetheless, let's broaden our problem-solving skills and tackle this video, avocados and all.
