Posted • January 25, 2025: Woman Suing Brooklyn Building Security For Doing Nothing During Double Murder, Posting Video Online Instead Of Calling The Cops — A $10 MILLION lawsuit claims a Brooklyn building security guard watched a fatal shooting and posted the footage online without calling 911. Jason Pass killed Bladimy Mathurin, 47, and his stepson Chinwai Mode, 27, on October 29, 2023. Pass was fatally shot by cops after charging at them with a knife when they tried to arrest him days later. Marie Delille feels like the security guard “committed a double crime.” - “Somebody was behind the camera," she said. Delille’s lawyer stated, “He didn’t pull the trigger, but he committed a double crime: failing to dial 911 and then putting the video out there.” - “The whole world watched my husband and son die.” Delille said.
