2nd Israel-Hamas prisoner exchange completed amid ceasefire agreement

The second round of the prisoner exchange deal has been completed, with 200 prisoners, including 70 serving life sentences for serious crimes, arriving in the West Bank. Meanwhile, four Israeli hostages held by Hamas have reunited with their families in Tel Aviv.
