What is the Bible? (An introduction to Exodus.)

Today in this video series exploring the question "What is the Bible?" we are moving from the Book of Genesis and diving into the incredible journey found in the Biblical book of Exodus. This book—second only to Genesis in its place within the Bible—takes us on an epic adventure filled with unforgettable moments, powerful lessons, and a front-row seat to the foundational story of the Israelites.
Known in Hebrew as Sh'mot ("Names"), Exodus isn’t just a story; it’s a window into how a group of people, led by the legendary Moses, transitioned from slavery in Egypt to becoming a "holy nation and a kingdom of priests." Through the strength and guidance of Yahweh, they journeyed to Mount Sinai, received the Ten Commandments, and entered into a covenant that would shape their destiny.
