Today, we are experimenting with an egg pudding recipe. Initially, I had my doubts, but the preparation proved to be quite simple; I recommend using a multi-tiered blender for best results. The ingredients include:
12 boiled eggs,
1/3 cup of cocoa,
1 cup of milk,
1/2 cup of Swerve (though I may opt for honey next time),
2 tablespoons of homemade vanilla extract made with brandy,
and a pinch of salt.
All ingredients should be combined in the blender and blended until the eggs are fully incorporated. After blending, pour the mixture into cups, ensuring it achieves a pudding-like consistency.
Upon first opening the blender, a strong odor reminiscent of deviled eggs was present, but this dissipated once poured into bowls. The final product has a pudding-like texture and flavor, albeit slightly less sweet. I would rate it a 7 out of 10, and I believe it serves well as a keto dessert, effectively curbing sweet cravings. I’d rate it a solid 7 out of 10 and see it fitting perfectly into my keto dessert line up. Looking forward to sharing more with you next time.
Have a blessed day!
