**Ingredients:**
*For the Chicken Marinade:*
- **Boneless chicken:** 500 grams, cut into cubes
- **Ginger-garlic paste:** 1 tablespoon
- **Salt:** 1 teaspoon
- **Red chili powder:** 1 teaspoon
- **Black pepper powder:** ½ teaspoon
- **Soy sauce:** 2 tablespoons
- **Vinegar:** 1 tablespoon
- **Cornstarch:** 2 tablespoons
- **Oil:** 2 tablespoons
*For the Gravy:*
- **Oil:** 2 tablespoons
- **Onion:** 1 large, sliced
- **Bell peppers:** 1 red and 1 green, sliced
- **Tomato ketchup:** 3 tablespoons
- **Soy sauce:** 2 tablespoons
- **Vinegar:** 1 tablespoon
- **Sugar:** 1 teaspoon
- **Cornstarch:** 1 tablespoon, mixed with ¼ cup water
- **Salt:** to taste
- **Black pepper powder:** ½ teaspoon
**Instructions:**
1. **Marinate the Chicken:**
- In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix well to coat.
- Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. **Cook the Chicken:**
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and set aside.
3. **Prepare the Gravy:**
- In the same pan, add oil and sauté the sliced onions until translucent.
- Add the bell peppers and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
- Cook for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the gravy further.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
4. **Combine and Serve:**
- Add the cooked chicken pieces to the gravy and toss to coat evenly.
