Food Fusion presents a delightful fusion dessert: **Churros Disc with Rabri Topping**. This innovative recipe combines the crispy texture of churros with the rich, creamy flavor of traditional rabri, offering a unique culinary experience.

**Ingredients:**

*For the Churros Disc:*

- Butter: 50g
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Himalayan pink salt: 1 pinch
- Milk: ½ cup
- Water: ¼ cup
- Vanilla essence: ¼ teaspoon
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup (120g)
- Eggs: 2
- Melted butter: for brushing

*For the White Chocolate Topping:*

- White chocolate, chopped: 75g
- Cream: 150ml
- Pistachios, chopped: 1 tablespoon
- Almonds, chopped: 1 tablespoon

*For the Fusion Quick Rabri:*

- Ice cubes: as required
- Chilled cream: 200ml
- Milk powder: ¼ cup
- Powdered sugar: 4-5 tablespoons
- Cardamom powder: ½ teaspoon
- Kewra essence: ½ teaspoon
- Gelatin powder: 1½ teaspoons
- Warm water: 2 tablespoons
- Pistachios, chopped: 1 tablespoon
- Almonds, chopped: 1 tablespoon
- Pistachios, sliced: for garnish
- Rose petals: for garnish

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Churros Disc:**
- In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, pink salt, milk, water, and vanilla essence. Heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add all-purpose flour. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
- Return to low heat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool completely.
- Gradually incorporate whisked eggs into the cooled dough until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a Wilton 8B nozzle.
- On a perforated silicone mat placed on a baking tray, make 3-inch round impressions using a cutter dipped in flour. Pipe the churros dough onto these impressions to form discs. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25-30 minutes. Once done, brush with melted butter and set aside.

2. **Prepare the White Chocolate Topping:**
- In a bowl, combine chopped white chocolate and cream. Microwave in intervals until melted and smooth. Stir in chopped pistachios and almonds. Set aside.

- Place a bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice cubes. In the inner bowl, combine chilled cream, milk powder, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and kewra essence. Beat until soft peaks form.

- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill dome-shaped silicone molds. Freeze for 4-6 hours until set.

4. **Assemble the Dessert:**
- Carefully remove the frozen rabri domes from the molds. Dip each dome into the prepared white chocolate topping, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place each coated dome onto a churros disc. Garnish with sliced pistachios and rose petals. Serve and enjoy.
