One medium white onion, chopped
One cup chopped mushrooms
One green, bell pepper, chopped
8 ounce canned tomato sauce
15 ounce canned fire, roasted diced tomatoes
1/4 cup Chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
15 ounce canned kidney beans drained and rinsed
15 ounce can pinto beans Drained and rinsed
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Don’t forget the crackers
