The Weight of the Ministry and the Power of Partnership

"Ministry is a high calling, filled with both immense joy and great challenges. But did you know that it can also take a heavy toll on a pastor’s mental, emotional, and physical health? In fact, many pastors are silently struggling, facing pressures and burdens they can't always share.
A retired pastor friend of mine, who also ministers to veterans with PTSD, shared something powerful with me recently. He said he sees many pastors displaying signs of PTSD, too. This observation should make us pause and reflect on the true weight of the calling."
