"Right now we are seeing, and I'm not sure if this is legal, but Joe Biden has issued pardons for General Mark Milley and Dr. Anthony Fauci. Now, the reason I don't know if this is legal is because neither of them has been charged with anything yet. Preventive pardons are not something that really has a legal basis. It's unclear.
