Now that mipmapping has seen more progress for hardware rendering modes in pcsx2, Jak & Daxter/Ratchet & Clank series are starting to see a bunch of improvement in performance and textures appearing! Still not perfect, but way better! But, stuff like this can still happen. And no, this isn't me hitting F4 over and over again to toggle the frame limiter.
