Finland signs Artemis Accords

Finland became the first country to sign the Artemis Accords in 2025, joining 52 others in committing to safe and sustainable space exploration.

The Accords, signed during the Winter Satellite Workshop at Aalto University, were signed by Finland’s Minister of Economic Affairs, Wille Rydman.

While non-binding, Finland emphasized its commitment to international space law and the United Nations as the primary forum for developing space laws, Space News has reported.
