204 Dems voted AGAINST providing medical care to babies who survive abortions.

Congressman Morgan Luttrell | 204 Democrats voted against providing medical care to children who survive abortions.
I served in 2 wars & we had to render medical aid if a terrorist surrendered and was injured because legislation was passed requiring us to do so.
So, why can Democrats not get behind doing the same for an innocent baby?
