Mission 48: My Name’s Lincoln Clay...
After eliminating Uncle Lou Marcano, Sal sends his enforcer, Santiago, to kill Lincoln in the French Ward. Santiago arrives armed with guards and heavily equipped vehicles, turning the streets into a warzone. Lincoln fights back, using his skills and firepower to take down Santiago’s men. After incapacitating Santiago, Lincoln finishes him off in a brutal takedown, sending yet another message to Sal Marcano that his empire is crumbling.

Mission 49: Southern Union
Lincoln meets Jackie Grimaldi at the Briar Patch in Frisco Fields to investigate Chester Moreau and the Southern Union. Jackie reveals that Moreau is secretly funding the Union, but the operation is shrouded in secrecy and generating far more money than expected. To expose the racket, Jackie suggests Lincoln attract their attention.
Lincoln begins by dismantling the slavery racket, targeting Southern Union enforcers and interrogating Union members. If spotted, the targets flee, forcing Lincoln to pursue and neutralize them.
After gathering intel, Lincoln meets Jackie again to discuss the Union’s inner workings. She directs him to a grocery store tied to their operation.
Lincoln infiltrates the grocery store, navigating past heavily armed guards to locate Mason Carter, a key figure in the Union. Interrogating Carter deals significant damage to the racket but also triggers reinforcements, which Lincoln must eliminate before escaping.
Lincoln rescues human trafficking victims, including the Gaudets and Fossats, and disrupts a Southern Union gathering to finalize the damage to the racket.
With the racket weakened, Lincoln returns to the grocery store to confront Chester Moreau. He calls for reinforcements and battles through waves of guards to reach Moreau. After cornering him, Lincoln incapacitates Moreau and delivers a final takedown, dismantling the slavery racket and the Southern Union’s influence in Frisco Fields.

Mission 50: PCP
Lincoln meets Bear Donnelly at the Quik Lodge Motel to gather intel on the PCP racket in Frisco Fields. Bear reveals that Olivia Marcano hired a skilled chemist, Bobby Bastian, to enhance her operations. Bastian’s sophisticated methods, including using taxis for delivery, have crushed local competitors.
Lincoln interrogates Bobby’s dealers, forcing them to reveal key locations, including a taxi garage tied to the operation.
At the garage, Lincoln fights through guards and cracks open the strongbox, stealing $20,000 and delivering a heavy blow to the racket.
Lincoln then targets PCP production sites, destroying barrels and killing cooks to further weaken the operation.
With the racket destabilized, Lincoln learns Bobby Bastian’s location and prepares for a final assault. He equips himself and calls in reinforcements before storming Bastian’s hideout.
The building is heavily guarded, with enemies positioned to ambush Lincoln. Fighting his way through, Lincoln ascends to Bastian’s location.
After a fierce battle, Lincoln corners Bobby Bastian. Shooting him first to incapacitate him, Lincoln moves in for a final takedown, eliminating Bastian and securing control over the PCP racket in Frisco Fields.
