Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake

Adding more wheat to our diet, even if I have to sneak it in through chocolate cake. While not healthy, certainly healthier than regular chocolate cake.
Fresh milled flour adds a ton of nutrients and vitamins that have been striped from all purpose flour.

Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake. Preheat oven to 350ºF/177ºC
264g soft white wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
**Mix dry ingredients and set off to the side

265g/1 cup butter (melt and cool)
213g brown sugar
75g unsweetened cocoa powder (I used hershey's)
120g milk
227g black coffee
**Mix well and set off to the side

In a large bowl add:
190g sour cream/plain greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
200g white sugar
**Mix well
3 room temperature eggs added one at a time, mix after adding each egg
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar/white vinegar

**Pour, into the egg mixture, the chocolate mixture and blend throughly.
**Add the flour mixture and blend, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
**Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9 pan
**Bake at 350ºF / 177ºC for about 30 minutes. Make sure a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
**Cool completely and frost if desired.
