In this episode, having acquired new top priority mission to assassinate the Sorceress, and a new party member in Irvine Kinneas, Squall and company set out to a familiar location, that they themselves haven't actually been to before.

The inspiration for the title of this video was taken from episode 11, season 3 of popular TV series Supernatural, entitled, Mystery Spot. In the episode, main character Sam Winchester keeps reliving the same Tuesday over and over again, and seems to be the only one aware of this fact. During one of the Tuesdays, he attempts to explain the situation to his brother, co-main character Dean Winchester. During one of Sam's explanations, Dean confusingly asks if it's like déjà vu, to which Sam disagrees. Upon further discussion, Dean responds by asking, "How is that not like déjà vu?"
The title of this episode is in connection to the fact that Squall and company come to a NEW location that they have been to before.
