You’ll remain in delta for 45 minutes—perfect for a power nap—before the track gently guides you back to beta waves, leaving you refreshed and recharged.

As someone on the autism spectrum, I created this track to address my own sleep struggles, such as difficulty switching off my brain and sensory challenges that make daytime rest nearly impossible. Without proper rest, I often feel either over- or under-rested after naps, leading to brain fog, sluggishness, or exhaustion. Many in the autistic community face similar obstacles, and this track is designed to provide a structured and supportive way to achieve high-quality rest.
