The Sniper (1952)

Directed by Edward Dmytryk. The film follows Eddie Miller (Arthur Franz), a disturbed and isolated man who becomes a serial sniper targeting women in San Francisco. As the city is gripped by fear, police struggle to track down the elusive killer.
