Tip of the day: We ALL have influence!

Today we take a look at how influence works. There are two channels to pick from and it's not as complicated as you're often led to believe. We can buy into the hierarchical model of influence or the relational ( social influence ) model. One leads to failure without the other while one of them is a stand alone process of success.
