Ingredients

12-15 pani puris (golgappas)

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

½ cup pizza sauce

½ cup finely chopped vegetables (onion, tomato, capsicum, corn)

1 tsp mixed herbs or Italian seasoning

½ tsp chili flakes

For the Toppings:

½ cup crispy sev (optional)

1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

Arrange the pani puris in a circular pattern on a baking tray or oven-safe plate. Gently break the tops to create space for fillings.

Step 2: Add the Pizza Sauce

Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into each pani puri.

Step 3: Add the Toppings

Fill each puri with finely chopped vegetables like onion, tomato, capsicum, and corn.

Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese generously over the top.

Step 4: Bake the Pani Puri Pizza

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

Bake the pani puris for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden.

Step 5: Garnish and Serve

Remove the tray from the oven. Sprinkle mixed herbs, chili flakes, crispy sev, and fresh coriander over the pani puri pizzas.
