Scholz calls on EU countries to arm themselves for war with Russia at Davos forum:

Scholz has been including spending on Ukraine as German military spending. Germany and France knew their responsibilities to implement Minsk and had the ability to motivate Ukraine to implement the agreement. If you think Russia waiting 7 years to resolve issues peacefully is a threat then the world must be a scary place for Scholz.

European powers would be erased from the map in such a conflict and there is no military spending in the world that will change that fact.
