Haven't been logging my workouts recently since I'm trying a new style of doing my reps. I used to do explosive concentric and slow eccentric type reps (pauses at squeeze and stretch where applicable) but I watched a podcast by @thinkbigbodybuilding in which scott, Ron & Dusty were discussing training tips and Dusty said that the concentrics should not only be explosive but also VIOLENT ! And that stuck with me.
Long story short, I'm a leg day and a chest day in as we speak after watching that episode and safe to say, this shit is next fucking level 💀

Will get back to logging next week after I'm no longer absolutely overwhelmed by all this fuckin stimulus 😂
