In this playthrough we cover:

Mission 44: Drugs
Lincoln collaborates with Detective Jim McCormick of the New Bordeaux Police Department to dismantle Doc Gaston's drug racket in the French Ward. McCormick informs Lincoln that Gaston is deeply entrenched and nearly impossible to locate. However, he tips Lincoln off to a scheduled meeting between one of Gaston’s men and a supplier.
Lincoln intercepts the meeting, destroying the drug supply and eliminating Gaston’s enforcers. With Gaston’s operation weakened, McCormick informs Lincoln that Gaston has retreated to the Cistern beneath the Big Mouth Jazz Club. Lincoln heads there and finishes off Gaston, effectively crippling the drug racket.

Mission 45: Sex
Harold Cauley reconnects with Lincoln at Les Dames Rouges to take down "Handsome" Harry Robicheaux, Lou Marcano’s man in charge of the sex racket in the French Ward. Cauley suggests targeting the high rollers first to destabilize Harry’s operations.
Lincoln dismantles the racket by taking down enforcers and influential VIPs who fund the operation. With his resources drained, Harry retreats to Un Belle Jardin, where Lincoln tracks him down and eliminates him, ending the sex racket in the district.

Mission 46: Kill the Judge
John Donovan uncovers the name of a corrupt judge aiding the Marcanos: Cornelius Holden. The judge is nervous about Lincoln’s rampage and demands more money from Lou Marcano to compensate for the risk. Lou promises protection and sends an armored car with his best men to safeguard Holden.
Donovan devises a plan to assassinate Holden, knowing the judge’s involvement in the Hollis Dupree trial will amplify the impact. Lincoln has two options: strike when the judge is en route or during one of his routine stops. Lincoln successfully overcomes the armored car’s defenses and kills Judge Holden, sending shockwaves through Marcano’s operations.

Mission 47: Kill "Uncle" Lou Marcano
Following Judge Holden’s death, Sal Marcano confronts his brother Lou over the crumbling casino project. Lou proposes hosting a fundraiser on his riverboat, The Delphine, to gain the support of Senator Jacobs, a key figure on the revenue and fiscal affairs committee. The plan involves exploiting Jacobs' vices to secure his allegiance.
Donovan uncovers Lou’s predictable route through the bayou and rigs a coal dumper with explosives. When Lou’s boat passes, Lincoln detonates the trap, forcing the ship to a halt. Amid the chaos, Lincoln sneaks aboard.
Lou, realizing the attack wasn’t an accident, orders his men to find the intruder while holding everyone on board hostage, including Senator Jacobs. As tensions rise, the Captain urges Lou to evacuate, but Lou kills him to maintain control. Jacobs protests, but Lou remains focused on capturing Lincoln.
Lincoln eventually confronts Lou and Jacobs on the upper deck. In a panic, Lou uses Jacobs as a human shield. As Lincoln approaches, an explosion rocks the ship, killing Jacobs and throwing Lou and Lincoln into the bayou.
In the swamp, Lincoln stalks a wounded Lou, eventually capturing him. Lou pleads for his life, offering money in exchange for mercy. Lincoln refuses, using Lou’s death to send a message to Sal. Lou’s mutilated body is later discovered hanging from the statue in Jackson Memorial Park.

The Aftermath:
Sal Marcano, desperate and reeling from the loss of his brother, contacts Giorgi’s heroin dealer, Nino Santangelo. Though Sal has always despised heroin, he agrees to let Santangelo sell it in New Bordeaux in exchange for financial support and help eliminating Lincoln.
The scene shifts to the present day. Father James reflects on the destruction wrought by Lincoln’s vendetta and points out the paved-over site of Sammy's Bar. He expresses hope that the country will learn from its past mistakes, though he acknowledges that justice and peace often come at a hard cost.
