Terror Is a Man (1959)

Directed by Gerardo de Leon, inspired by H.G. Wells' The Island of Dr. Moreau. The film follows a shipwreck survivor who washes ashore on a remote island, only to discover that its mysterious inhabitants are the results of grotesque experiments conducted by Dr. Girard.
