My 10 Minutes Full Face Yoga Exercises which are great to train your whole face. obv ... ;)
I would suggest to at least do these exercises 2x a week to get quicker results. Of course if you'll do them every day it will even work faster. But I know that it's more motivating if you do the exercises as often as it fits your own schedule.
I know there is always so many other things to do...These exercises will be worth it to take a moment for your self and relax and train your face in the mean time :)
