Using just 4 or 5 ingredients, this body butter is a favorite of family and friends because it’s not too oily, soaks in quickly and is very moisturizing.

Ingredients: makes seven-ish 8 oz. jars
32 oz avocado butter
8 oz of your favorite carrier oil (grape seed, sweet almond, coconut, olive, etc.)
or a combination thereof. I use 4 oz 92° coconut oil and 4 oz sweet almond oil in this video.
2 T arrowroot flour or cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla essential oil (not extract) or your choice of scent

Avocado butter contains the antioxidant vitamins A, E and D that kill of the free radicals that age your skin. It contains a natural sunscreen that protects your skin and hair from the damaging effects of the ultraviolet radiation of the sun.
Avocado butter also contains lecithin and unsaturated fatty acids that are beneficial to your skin.
It can be used to moisturize dry skin ad it can also help to reduce the appearance of age spots caused by the oxidation of fatty deposits just under your skin.

Sweet Almond oil is rich in vitamin A, B and E, which are great for skin health. The oil helps maintain moisture levels of the skin and gets absorbed in a jiffy without blocking the pores. Overall, almond oil for skin care helps:
• Improve the complexion and retaining glow
• Moisturize better and deeper
• Soothe skin irritation and skin inflammation
• Relieve dry and irritated skin
• Nourish skin, making it softer and smoother
It cures chapped lips and body rashes. Sweet Almond Oil is known for its rich concentration of oleic and linoleic essential fatty acids which help to give it unequalled penetrating and restructuring properties.

Coconut Oil (92 degree) , also known as Copra Oil, is a white solid fat obtained from the fruit of the coconut. It smooths skin and is the only source of lauric acid in such high concentrations other than mother’s milk. Lauric acid is antibacterial, anti fungal and anti viral.
