PoE 2 Chronomancer Glitch/Error - Shield Charge

This is a poorly edited video of a glitch/error on the Path of Exile Sorceress Chronomancer Mace Build Shield Charge - Gem Stomping Ground, Momentum, and Heft
"Now and Again" Ascension Perk should be resetting CDs 33%
First Half shows Shield Charge working on CD, as normal without I think the Perk proc's.
Second half -further testing reveals 'while working the Shield Charge has no CD and can be cont. cast over and over. I killed Viper tonight using this ability, it also stops Viper's in air floating ability, it knocked her down and stunned her. I will upload footage later. Testing Cont: If I take a Teleport to anywhere it seems this Cont. Shield Charge stops working and it returns to normal CD ability. I simply reload a couple of times open my Passive tree, click the ability, and Cont. Shield Charge resumes. Is this an intended action? I don't think so, seems like a glitch at least at level 40s Currently 44, was 42 at recording this.

Tis good fun though. Doubt he will see this, but Thank GunToad TT for the Shield Charge tutorial then discovered this!!!
