Yoga has many great benefits, and flexibility is one of them! In this video, I will do some yoga and morning stretch routines which we all know and love, but also yoga for contortionists. They looked difficult, but they were beautiful. If you're not familiar with yoga or contortion yoga, it is a stretchy sport that helps develop flexibility through different stretches. Contortion yoga is yoga poses with contorted (bent) limbs. To keep the yoga pose, you have to stay flexible and balanced at the same time. The goal of yoga is to get deeper into the yoga pose through flexibility.
