Messiah's Praiseworthy Women - E9- He Will Raise Us Up

Have you ever been a living parable? Sometimes God uses us and those around us as living lessons of the things He's trying to teach us. The people reaching out for Messiah's healing in Matthew 9:18-38 were living parables of Messiah's words about the new wineskin. They suffered the slings and arrows of the enemies' attacks against them, and were inflicted with serious wounds in order that they might prove to us the truth of the Kingdom in a living way. The truth they proved is this; by reaching out for Messiah as the Son of David our King, seeking His authority in faith, they made themselves available to receive His healing touch. By reaching for His authority in faith, they gave Him their consent. After He received their consent, Messiah healed them.

To me, this is the hold-up for the Remnant Exodus. It's why we need faith. Because our God is a God of free will. He is a God of consent. If Messiah provides the leaders (like my Father Eliyahu) He desires to lead His nation, but we do not consent to their leadership, how will He work in our leaders to heal and rebuild the nation? Many say at this point, that YHWH will raise up His leaders and that we have to wait for Him to do so. I agree. We can't make the Remnant Exodus happen. We certainly shouldn't attempt do it by our own strength. No one can do what can only be done by YHWH Himself. But I also think that we need to seek out His leadership. To actively be searching for our place and role in the Remnant Nation. Looking to take back ground away from the enemy and remove the obstacles the devil has set up to keep us from going home. Fighting the spiritual war in our own lives offensively and not just defensively. If our forefathers lost their inheritance due to the spiritual war, we cannot expect to get it back by merely maintaining the status quo.

If we sit back and wait for YHWH to do everything and to guide us when we haven't asked for His guidance, that is not consent. If YHWH has to drag us down the aisle to get us to say the wedding vows, then have we truly entered in to the covenant? Are we truly willing to be HIS Holy Nation?

We have to show our consent by our actions along with our words.

Clearly finding and knowing you've got the right leader takes a process. It's easier said than done, and we don't just get there overnight. We must be engaging with HIM, looking to the cornerstone that is Messiah Yeshua. Searching to accept His foundation. The stones He's laid down before us. In this way He can put us in our rightful place and fulfill our purpose. Then the Nation can be healed and brought back to life in Messiah. But that doesn't happen without communicating with Him. That doesn't happen without looking for it, and "counting the cost" of what it means to submit to His Kingdom authority in our leaders. We like our forefather Jacob, must wrestle with God to get the blessing of the leadership and Nation He means to provide. We must persist in seeking out His mindset and will.

That's why it's important to take in solid Scriptural Teaching like my Father Eliyahu provides. It's also why it's important to talk about the Scriptures amongst fellow believers without the need to be 100% accurate in every way at every moment. To venture the risk of being wrong or less than you'd hoped for. Because it's in discussions like that, we can work out what holds us back and know to ask YHWH for His views on the subjects we don't fully understand. Each of us may hold a piece of the puzzle that YHWH wants to reveal. By each sharing what He gives us to say, He shows us the full message He wishes to convey. One piece of the puzzle may in our eyes seem more important, or better than the others, but to YHWH the "lesser" piece may be just as if not more important.

That's what laboring in the Remnant is all about. It's by sticking our necks out to serve Him, in whatever way He makes available, however small, however scary, or however "badly", that He teaches us who we are in Him. In Kingdom Work, He strips away the iniquity of our flesh, and reveals the precious pearl He has fashioned within us from our mother's womb. Only He can accurately count the value of our contributions to His Kingdom. But we must believe we were each born for such a time as this, and firmly take ahold of that identity. A unique and special purpose stands before us all. Overtime, we see each other grow. And we come to understand that in our weakness and in our strength, we are still a witness of Elohim's glory so long as we are faithful and stay committed to obeying Him. That's what tonight's discussion makes me think about! The Theme: He Raises Us Up!
