More than 2,000 migrants from multiple different countries formed a caravan and started marching north toward the U.S. even as President Donald Trump was being sworn into office.
Trump has promised to stop the ‘invasion of the southern border’ on day one, and he’s already making moves that include different executive orders, the immediate cancellation of the CBP one App along with flights bringing tens of thousands of migrants into the country each month.
ICE and CBP are already hitting the ground, launching Trump’s mass deportation plan so even if they make it across the border, they may not be allowed to stay for very long.
The caravan walked along the highway out of the southern Mexican city of Tapachula near the Guatemalan border.
