landlord says he fixes shyt but cant fix this fkin house thats what our bills r so high. plus hes thousands in dept n hasn't paid property taxes is yrs. roof is falling apart n tha master bathrooms floor is falling so much the toilet is uneven now. this is the example of a slumlord collects money but does nothing
