Today, Megan Lynch, self-proclaimed VP of Sales, is launching yet another questionable MLM opportunity. Her Telegram group is buzzing with promises of financial freedom and step-by-step instructions to “duplicate and invite your team.” However, beneath the surface lies a familiar playbook of high-pressure tactics and recruitment-heavy strategies that have all the hallmarks of a gifting scheme or pyramid scheme.

Here’s what’s happening:

A 12 PM Eastern Zoom call is planned to train participants on resetting passwords and “plugging in.”
At 3 PM Eastern, referral links will go live, with participants pressured to act immediately to recruit their downlines.
This is just the latest move in a long history of questionable schemes promoted by Megan and her twin sister, Ragan Lynch. From HyperVerse, a $1.9 billion Ponzi scheme, to their new project “VYB,” these two continue to exploit people’s hopes with promises of unrealistic financial returns.

What We Know About ‘VYB’ So Far

Megan claims she’s the only way “through the doors” of this scheme.
Participants pay $25 to “lock their spot” and are encouraged to recruit seven others, earning $10 per referral.
The business model focuses entirely on recruitment, with vague references to “product packages” but no concrete details.
The urgency and fear of missing out (FOMO) are classic tactics used to manipulate people into joining.
Why This Matters
Authorities often step in only after scams like this gain momentum, leaving victims devastated and financially ruined. Why is that? Why can’t government agencies shut these operations down before they grow?
