Murcko HEARD the Woman Outside AGR-was Watching Crooks' Pack on other side of Bldg(Pack wasnt there)

There's only one woman who yells out BEFORE the shots, and it's a long time before the shots.
We only know the windows adjacent to the stage were open, but here he admits he heard here. I wouldn't characterize that as a scream, maybe the woman's scream during the shots was what he meant, but then he'd be lying since he's placing the scream before the shots. The only woman's voice by AGR that I hear is the one saying someone's on the roof. Other footage, if anyone wants to check:
