Authenticity in Job Interviews

When interviewing for a job, remember, they're not just interviewing you, you need to interview them. You also need to ensure that your first impression of yourself is one that resonates with your true core self. If you don't do this and end up getting the job, you will forever be tagged with the same type of personality that you exhibited at the job interview.

If you come across as commanding, intelligent, responsible, and strong, you will always be viewed that way when you start your job.

If you come across as a meek, mild, and a soft-spoken agreeable personality, this is how they will also expect you to act on day one and all days going forward.

Make sure that you are the real you at that interview, otherwise you will be living in a prison of your own making by being someone who you are not.
