Super Recipe to make glazed Pineapple Loaf Cake, great Dessert with Coffee or Tea.

Glazed Pineapple Loaf Cake
Ingredients:
1-3/4 cups Flour
1-1/2 tsp Allspice
1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter, soft
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs, roomtemp
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Apple Sauce
1-1/4 cups Pineapple crushed/drained

Glaze:
1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
1-1/2 tsp Pineapple Juice (more if needed)

Preheat Oven 350°F
Line Loaf Pan with Parchment Paper.
Combine Flour, Allspice, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt, set aside.
Cream together Butter & Sugar.
Add Eggs on at a time, Vanilla & Pineapple Juice.
Mix in Apple Sauce, scrape down sides of bowl.
Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches, scrape down sides of bowl.
Fold in crushed Pineapples.
Fill Loaf Pan with Batter.
Bake 50 Minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Rest 5 Minutes in Loaf Pan.
Remove Parchment Paper and cool completely on Wire Rack.
Combine Powdered Sugar and Pineapple Juice, whisk well until smooth n somewhat thick.
Coat cold Pineapple Loaf Cake with Glaze, let set.
