In this playthrough we cover:

Mission 40: Gambling
Lincoln meets "Sweet" Danny Little to discuss his troubles with Johnny "Two-Dicks" Peralta. Peralta, who runs the Marcano sports book out of Wilcock's Saloon, demanded Danny take a dive in the fifth round of his upcoming championship fight. When Danny refused, Peralta’s men broke his brother's arm. Danny also reveals that Peralta is holding another boxer, Eddie Kenner, for illegal off-book fights. He provides Lincoln with intel on Peralta's gambling racket and suggests he start by talking to his men.

Mission 41: Black Market
Lincoln visits Grant Purdue, who shares his dilemma with the Marcano organization. Grant explains that he allowed Artie Higgins to hijack one of his trucks for the insurance payout, but Higgins has continued targeting him. Now labeled "high risk," Grant's insurance company has dropped him, leaving him desperate. He promises Lincoln a reward if he can recover the latest truckload undamaged and deal with Higgins' operation.

Mission 42: Rescue Alvarez
Lincoln must rescue Alvarez, who is hiding at the Anderson Bay Lighthouse, awaiting his uncle Zarraga's help. Alvarez had been hired by Sal Marcano to run a counterfeiting operation using money plates stolen in the Federal Reserve heist. When Lincoln's actions shook Marcano’s operations, Alvarez panicked and sought Zarraga's aid to escape to Cuba.
Unbeknownst to Alvarez, Zarraga informed Marcano of his location. Lincoln arrives before Marcano’s men, eliminates them, and escorts Alvarez to safety. He brings Alvarez to Father James, asking him to hide him. Despite initial hesitation, Father James agrees, stating he knows a Jesuit in New Mexico who can help Alvarez disappear.

Mission 43: Kill Tommy Marcano
Lincoln plans to take down Tommy Marcano, who is overseeing Sal's counterfeiting operation. Tommy, under pressure from Sal for failing to secure Alvarez, is ordered to protect the counterfeit plates at The Acadia. Lincoln enlists Alcee Bennett, a small-time hustler, to vouch for him at The Acadia’s door, allowing him to enter under the guise of a fighter.
In the ring, Lincoln defeats three opponents—Nick "Boom-Boom" Beaumont, Bobby LeDoux, and Gravedigger Vaughn—earning a meeting with Tommy. However, Tommy recognizes Lincoln and orders his men to knock him out.
Lincoln awakens to Tommy dousing him in a flammable mixture, planning to burn him alive. Before Tommy can execute his plan, Lincoln breaks free, takes out Tommy's men, and confronts Tommy. As Tommy laments his life choices, Lincoln drenches him in the same mixture and sets him ablaze, destroying the gym in the process. Lincoln must fight through Marcano's remaining men and evade the police to escape.

After Tommy's death, Sal Marcano informs Giorgi, expressing sorrow over losing his nephew, who could have had a brighter future. Sal also laments the failure of the counterfeiting operation and dismisses Giorgi's suggestion to increase pressure on their associates. Reluctantly, Sal considers involving The Commission despite his intent to escape their control, knowing it's his only option.
In the present day, Father James reflects on the moral conflict of aiding Lincoln while remaining true to his faith. He recalls the pain of Dr. King's assassination and the subsequent riots, thinking this turmoil may explain why he chose to help Lincoln during that dark time.
