Doctors Never Prosecuted for Chicago Abortion Death

We can never be complacent. Abortion regulations in Pennsylvania didn't protect women from Kermit Gosnell in the Safe-n-Legal era, and law against abortion didn't do much to protect Chicago women in the early 20th century. Laws and regulations are only as strong as the authorities want them to be.
