Today I have an important update for you on Dr. Mark Trozzi's court appeal of the disciplinary decision that stripped him of his medical licence.

Dr. Trozzi was an extremely respected ER physician with over 30 years of medical practice from Bancroft, Ontario, and was in charge of preparing his hospital for the coming pandemic. During the fall of 2020, when hospitals were apparently overwhelmed with patients, he found his ER was empty. He phoned colleagues elsewhere, and says he found a similar thing. It led him to embark on a study of COVID science and so he went on sabbatical. At the time he was also teaching at several medical schools. He started drtrozzi.org to share his findings about COVID-19, and it became a daily newsletter for people around the world. A research scientist from Toronto reported him to the CPSO, and he was prosecuted and had his licence revoked for going against the government narrative.

Last year, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal ruled he had committed professional misconduct by spreading "misinformation" about COVID-19 and making statements critical of COVID-19 public health policies and recommendations.

In the disciplinary hearing, there were multiple tricks, delays, and questionable rulings that prevented certain key witnesses from testifying, and a tribunal that ignored key arguments on free speech and Charter rights made by Dr. Trozzi's lawyer.

On appeal, the court also did not accept these arguments and upheld the ruling of the College stripping Dr. Trozzi of his licence, essentially permanently (at least for now).

Because of this loss in court, Dr. Trozzi has to pay $120,000 in costs.

Dr. Trozzi gave up his job and home to be able to study and share full-time the science behind COVID-19, alternative treatments, and the COVID Jab. Please help Dr. Trozzi raise the funds needed to pay his costs.
