🌟 The Evolving Nature of Relationships 🌟

As I journey through life and approach 40, I've come to realize something profound: not all relationships are meant to last forever—and that’s okay. 💛

People change. I’ve changed. And sometimes, while we’re growing and moving forward, others hold onto the past. Growth brings new perspectives, different focuses, and the courage to let go of what no longer serves us.

✨ Friendships: If you’re blessed to grow alongside that one friend since childhood, cherish it. Growing together is a rare gift. But it’s also okay to outgrow friendships—some people are meant to be part of just one chapter in your life.

✨ Family: Sharing the same blood doesn’t mean sharing the same mindset. It’s okay to love family from a distance if their energy is toxic. Protecting your peace is self-love.

✨ Romantic Relationships: I’m grateful for the wisdom that comes with time. When I was younger, I chose based on how someone looked or made me feel in the moment. Now, I seek a partner who aligns with my values and adds to my life, just as I will to his. God knew what He was doing by keeping me single while I grew into this clarity. 🙏🏽

Growth is beautiful, even when it’s bittersweet. I’m proud of where I’ve been and excited for where I’m going. 💪🏽💖

Here’s to embracing change, choosing growth, and walking boldly into the future. 🌟
