Audit: Are Manhattan Beach police enforcing

AUDIT: ARE MANHATTAN BEACH CALIFORNIA POLICE ENFORCING TRAFFIC, SPEEDING LAWS AFTER A RECENT HIT & RUN KILLING AND MAIMING OF TWO YOUNG DRIVERS?

IS THIS DEPT., LIKE MANY IN CALIFORNIA, ENGAGED IN DE FACTO TWO TIERED POLICING, TARGETING US CITIZENS FOR FALSE CHARGES, ILLEGAL SEARCHES/SEIZURES, WHILE EXEMPTING ILLEGAL ALIENS FROM OBEYING TRAFFIC LAWS.

A teenager was recently killed in a hit and run as well as another one seriously injured. The driver of the other vehicle fleed from the scene.

This is on Sepulveda Blvd in Manhattan Beach California. This particular stretch of road has a very high traffic fatality rate. The main reason include speeding(limit is 35mph)and steep hills obstructing views.

I have noted in other audit reports LAPD not enforcing speeding laws in slow speed residential areas. This seems to also be the case in Manhattan Beach. During several hours of observation(not just this video)I have never seen MB police giving out speeding tickets and most cars were speeding.

This cop was cordial but did not give a satisfactory answer as to why speeding laws are not being enforced.

His female partner stopped a black male(Iam not WOKE but this could be racial profiling which I'm against). He, officer Kitsios, claimed he was backup and did not know why his female partner stopped the motorist(probable illegal stop). This also brings up the DEI issue. Is this female cop not able to handle a normal traffic stop on her own?

Another major subject of my continuing investigation is TWO TIER POLICING. This was another traffic stop I've observed of a US citizen and I've never witnessed stops of suspected illegal alien, foreign latino drivers who are a major cause of serious accidents.

NOTE: IN ONE OF THE MOST EGREGIOUS CASES(IN PHOENIX ARIZONA THOUGH)I VIDEOED POLICE LETTING A SUSPECTED ILLEGAL ALIEN LATINO WOMAN GO, WITHOUT ANY DUI/DWI TEST THAT HAD JUST HIT AND SEVERELY INJURED A PEDESTRIAN IN A CROSSWALK.

THIS ALSO POINTS TO A NATIONWIDE POLICY TO GIVE ILLEGAL ALIENS SPECIAL PRIVILEDGES AND EXEMPTIONS, EVEN FOR SERIOUS CRIMES.

THE GLOBALISTS APPARENTLY HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO FORCE TWO TIER POLICING ON MOST MAJOR 1ST WORLD WESTERN NATION STATES; AS THIS PHENOMENON IS BEING HEAVILY DOCUMENTED IN EUROPE, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA BY REBEL NEWS, TOUSI TV AND TOMMY ROBINSON.

THIS SERVES THE GLOBALIST RULERS' AGENDA BY CAUSING MORE CHAOS, DIVIDE AND CONQUER; SO THEY CAN OFFER THEIR "NEW WORLD ORDER" OF TOTALITARIAN SLAVERY FOR THE MASSES DUMBED DOWN BY COVID POISON JABS, GMO FOODS AND FAKESTREAM NEWS.

The facts are most California police depts are criminally protecting dangerous illegal alien drivers with fake DLs, suspended or even no DLs and also refusing to turn them over to ICE endangering our communities.

At the same time, they target US citizens for illegal stops, searches, seizures and forfeitures.

THESE ARE ALL SERIOUS CRIMES BY THE GOVT. AGAINST WE THE PEOPLE VIOLATING SEVERAL LAWS INCLUDING THE 4TH, 14TH AMENDMENTS, AS WELL AS USC TITLE 8 SECTION 1324 & USC ARTICLE 4, SECTIONS 3&4.
