TodayI continued to on with my weekly vlogs covering the basics and what is needed to actually get started with your health journey. I brought with me just my iPhone 11 and a Fitcent chest strap heart rate monitor as connected to my Steps App. Oh yeah, I did some of my Saturday chores too.

*DISCLAIMER During the video, I used a third party app that I purchased almost a year ago for my iPhone. This is the Steps App for iOS. This is the only app I used throughout the day to both track my steps and walk. Steps App is unaware of this video, unless they find it and watch it. Not a paid video.
