Jesus and the DANGER of Unchecked Anger.

The danger of harboring anger:
Jesus teaches that it's not just outward acts of violence but also the inward state of anger that can be harmful. He warns against letting the sun go down on one's anger, suggesting that unresolved anger can fester and cause further problems.

The power of forgiveness and reconciliation:
Jesus teaches forgiveness and reconciliation as a way to overcome anger and prevent its destructive consequences.

Responding to anger with love and compassion:
