DIY Target Stand

Refurbishing old iron targets and building a target stand from scratch is a perfect way to save money and add a personal touch to your shooting setup. I refurbished them and made a target stand. I used Rust-oleum paint and removed the rust with a wire brush on a cordless drill
Rust-Oleum is a great choice—it's durable and can stand up to the elements pretty well, plus it has good coverage. Using a wire brush on a cordless drill is a smart and efficient way to clean up the rust; it definitely makes the process faster and gets into crevices better than doing it by hand.

I bought the stand components on Amazon and used 2 pieces of 1” EMT conduet and a hack saw. Cut the legs of the target 40” long.
