2025-01-19 - Our Generous King - John #9

In John 2, Jesus performed the first of His miracles which John calls signs. By turning water into wine at the wedding in Cana, Jesus began to show that He is the long-awaited Messiah King who provides generously for His people. Most importantly, He generously gave Himself to cover our shame, ransom us to Himself, and purify us as His bride that we can be united with Him at the great Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
