Episode 1 Neon Autocross Build Part 1

This first episode start off the Autocross build for the channel. In it the Dodge Neon will be restored to as close to factory as possible. In doing this a good performance baseline for the car will be established. This will make it possible to see any gains or losses in performance as the car is modified.
