Synopsis:
Dr. Henry Frankenstein (Colin Clive), an ambitious scientist, becomes obsessed with the idea of creating life. With the help of his assistant Fritz (Dwight Frye), Frankenstein assembles a body using parts from deceased individuals and animates it using electricity during a dramatic lightning storm.

However, the result is far from what he imagined. The creature (Boris Karloff), though initially childlike and misunderstood, becomes violent due to fear and mistreatment.
