Today, I dive into another fantastic request from Finland: Lemmy Kilmister & Hawkwind's "Silver Machine" performed live in 1972. I had never heard of Hawkwind before, and I initially thought I didn’t know the track, but as soon as the intro started, it felt familiar!

Lemmy Kilmister, of course, is legendary as the bassist and singer of Motörhead. Fun fact: when I was in my early 20s, after completing my 12-step rehab, I read his book White Line Fever. It's an amazing read, full of rock 'n' roll stories and life lessons.

This track brought such a unique vibe—I might not have fully grasped the lyrics, but the music and energy were absolutely captivating. It's always refreshing to discover classic rock gems like this for the channel. Thank you for the incredible recommendation! Keep them coming!
