VISITING THE CITY OF LA PLATA, ARGENTINA!

In this video, we visit the city of La Plata which is the capital of the province of Buenos Aires. First stop was the main square of the city called Plaza Moreno. On one side of this square you have a charming, stylish, and white building which is the city hall or Municipalidad de La Plata and on the other end of the square you have the metropolitan cathedral of La Plata (Catedral de La Plata). We visited the cathedral and also bought a ticket for a museum that is underneath the cathedral and also gives you access to a couple of viewpoints that are inside one of the towers on the cathedral where you can go up to 2 different levels and see everything from above. Our next stop was lunch at La Cabrera restaurant which was an excellent meal and the restaurant is located very close to another main square in the city called Plaza San Martin. This square is also surrounded by beautiful buildings such as the office of the government of the province of Buenos Aires (Casa de Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires) as well as a building that belongs to the Legislature of the Province of Buenos Aires (Legislatura de la Provincia de Buenos Aires). Our last stop was El Bosque which is a gigantic park/green space and is surrounded by many other important buildings such as a football stadium called Estadio UNO Jorge Luis Hirschi which belongs to the football team called Estudiantes de La Plata, an artificial lake, a museum called Museo de Ciencias Naturales de La Plata, as well as one more stadium called Estadio Juan Carmelo Zerillo.
