1 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Lemon zest
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 Cup Buttermilk

Icing:
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
Juice squeezed from 1/2 a Lemon
