Taking Down the Immunization School Pupils Act (ON)

The time is here to present legal reasons to each Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) explaining why the Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA), in whole or in part, needs to be abolished. The ISPA, as it stands, conflicts with the British North America Act, 1867 (BNA Act), making it inconsistent with the rule of law and, to the extent of that inconsistency, of no force or effect.

An MPP’s duty is to protect the interests of their constituents, holding a fiduciary duty to the people they represent, not to their political party. The role of an MPP is to create law, not to administer it. While we often write to MPPs to complain about policies, the key to change is demanding that unjust laws be fixed or repealed.

Amanda Ridding has put together a solid Constitutional Question that can bring down this legislation and YOU can take part in this action by going to her site to find all the information HERE.

Let's discuss this, and more, tonight!
